OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS – ONTARIO
This contest is held by Kim Crawford Wines (the “Contest Organizer”) and is open exclusively to eligible residents of the Province of Ontario. The Contest is administered via digital entry through the contest microsite accessible by QR code on participating promotional materials, including neck tags, case displays, and on-premise materials.
The Contest consists of two (2) separate promotional periods within Ontario (each a “Contest Period”):
Entries must be received during the applicable Contest Period to be eligible for that draw.
By entering the Contest, participants (each a “Participant”) agree to be legally bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Contest Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
This Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Excluded are employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, sponsors, prize suppliers, and any other party directly involved in the development or administration of this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family and persons domiciled with any of the foregoing.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Contest Period.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Any email address used to enter the Contest will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of that email address. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
A total of four (4) prizes are available to be won by Ontario residents, allocated as follows:

Each prize consists of:
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $1,600 CAD
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer.
Separate random draws will be conducted by VIBRANT Marketing in Canada as follows:
Each draw will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Contest Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each Contest Period.
Selected entrants will be contacted within two (2) business days of the applicable draw date. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, or does not comply with these Rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

6.1 Technical Issues
The Contest Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
If the Contest cannot be administered as intended due to tampering, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest.
6.2 Fraud and Tampering
Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in disqualification and legal action.
6.3 Assumption of Risk and Release
By accepting a prize, the winner assumes all risks associated with attendance at the event and releases the Contest Organizer from all liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.
6.4 Force Majeure
The Contest Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest due to events beyond its control.
6.5 Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6.6 Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding prizes, in accordance with the Contest Organizer’s privacy policy available at https://www.kimcrawfordwines.com/pages/privacy. Personal information may be processed and stored outside of Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
6.7 Responsible Consumption
The Contest Organizer promotes responsible consumption. Prizes do not include alcohol.
6.8 Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
6.9 Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
